Description of Duties
- Supervise and lead safe, efficient and quality Siding system installations
- Oversee Production Teams, assisting Project Managers with crew leadership
- Visit job sites daily and provide updates to the leadership team
- Conduct safety audits and create safety plans
- Train Production Teams in safety, work skills and efficiency
- Provide ongoing feedback to Project Managers regarding job performance
- Resolve complaints and disputes; assist with discipline when necessary
- Discuss opportunities for professional development
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Ensure production and quality goals are met through inspections, walkthroughs and reviews
- Maintain an understanding of contract information
- Track labour hours and production against stated goals
- Schedule materials, equipment and deliveries
- Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages and order materials as needed
- Subcontractor and client management
- Review plans and sites
- Investigate incidents, near misses, accidents and thefts, and provide relevant documents, photos and assessments
- Review final documentation to ensure Change Orders are reflected and billed
Skills & Requirements
- Aix years of residential siding experience
- Two years of management experience
- Fluet in enlgish spanish is a plus
